Disclaimer
Last updated: 10/9/2026
Please read this disclaimer carefully before using this website, joining any program, or acting on any content provided by WedPix Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), which operates the Addiction Academy program and this website. By accessing this website or using our content or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything below. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. We are not medical or mental health professionals
WedPix Consulting LLC, Addiction Academy, and its founder, Safwan Bayouq, are not doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, licensed counsellors, social workers, addiction treatment providers, or healthcare providers of any kind. The founder has no formal medical, clinical, or therapeutic credentials. Everything we share is based on personal experience and personal opinion.
2. Educational and informational purposes only
All content on this website, including articles, videos, courses, emails, social media posts, calls, messages, community discussions, and any other materials or services, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health advice, psychological advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional advice of any kind. Nothing we say or write is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
3. No professional relationship
Using this website, contacting us, or taking part in any of our programs does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counsellor-client, or any other professional or clinical relationship. We do not provide therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or clinical care. Communications with us are not confidential in the way communications with a licensed professional would be, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Not a substitute for professional care
Our content and services are not a replacement for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified doctor or licensed mental health professional about your health, including before starting, changing, or stopping any medication, treatment, or health-related habit. Never ignore professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read, heard, or learned from us.
5. Scope of our work
We work only with people who are struggling with the following habits and behaviors:
- Pornography/lust
- Social media
- Marijuana
- Junk food
- Nicotine (cigarettes and pouches)
- Caffeine
We do not work with, and are not able to help with, any other substance, addiction, or condition. This includes, but is not limited to, alcohol, opioids (such as heroin, fentanyl, or prescription painkillers), benzodiazepines, stimulants (such as cocaine or methamphetamine), and other drugs. It also includes clinically diagnosed eating disorders, mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or psychosis, and trauma that requires clinical treatment. If any of these apply to you, please seek help from a qualified professional. We reserve the right to decline to work with anyone, or to end our work with anyone, whose needs fall outside our scope, including people who are also dependent on alcohol or other substances we do not work with.
6. Withdrawal and health risks
Stopping certain substances or behaviors can cause physical and psychological symptoms. Heavy marijuana, nicotine, or caffeine use can cause withdrawal symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, sleep disruption, and headaches. Dramatic changes to eating habits can affect your health, and people with medical conditions such as diabetes should consult their doctor first.
Although we do not work with alcohol, please be aware that withdrawal from alcohol can be severe and life-threatening, including seizures. If you drink heavily or regularly, do not stop suddenly without medical supervision. The same caution applies to benzodiazepines and opioids. If you use more than one substance, have a history of seizures, or have any medical or mental health condition, speak with a doctor before making any changes. We are not able to assess whether it is safe for you to stop any substance or behavior. That decision is yours, and it should be made with the guidance of a qualified medical professional.
7. Not for emergencies
We are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or others, experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms, or facing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services, go to the nearest emergency room, or reach out to a local crisis line right away. Do not wait for a reply from us.
8. Money-back guarantee; no guarantee of results
We do not promise or guarantee that any individual will quit, stop, or avoid relapsing on any habit or behavior. Outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your circumstances, health, history, effort, and support system.
What we do offer is a money-back guarantee:
You are entitled to a full cash-back refund and 6 months of free coaching provided you meet all the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
This is a refund policy only. It is not a guarantee of any health, recovery, or personal outcome, and it does not apply to habits or conditions outside our scope (see Section 5). Testimonials, case studies, and statistics on this website reflect the experiences of particular individuals or the founder’s own account and are not typical or a promise of what you will achieve. If any marketing language on this website appears to suggest otherwise, this disclaimer takes priority.
9. Personal experience and opinions
Views expressed on this website are those of the founder and are based on personal experience. Other people’s experiences may be different. What worked for one person may not work for you, and may not be safe for you.
10. Financial and gambling-related content
Where our content touches on gambling, money, or business, it is not financial or legal advice. We do not guarantee any financial outcome, and nothing here should be treated as a recommendation about money, debt, or investments.
11. Third-party content and links
This website may include links to third-party websites, tools, resources, or organizations. We do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
12. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own health, decisions, and actions. By using this website and our content or services, you accept full responsibility and the risks involved in making changes to your habits, health, or lifestyle. You agree that you are using our content voluntarily and that any action you take is at your own discretion.
13. Limitation of liability

This website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use our services without the involvement of a parent or guardian, and please seek help from a qualified professional.
15. Accuracy and updates
We try to keep our content accurate, but we make no promise that it is complete, current, or error-free. We may update, change, or remove content, and we may update this disclaimer at any time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated version.
